Product Description

Use

The head and tail of the bed are blown with ABS advanced engineering plastics, with beautiful appearance, easy loading and unloading, excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical performance.
 

Characteristics

1. The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The concave multi hole design is easy to ventilate and has anti-skid function. There are no solder joints on the surface, steel pipe stiffeners on the back, and double support force relief structure is adopted to prolong the service life of the sickbed.
2. The frame of the bed body is welded by 40 * 60 * 1.5mm square tube. Advanced welding technology, high welding quality, solid bed body and bearing capacity ≥ 240kg.
3. The whole bed adopts a series of processes such as acid washing, phosphating, water washing, oxidation and so on. The automatic flow spraying line uses Aksu powder electrostatic spraying, with bright color and firm adhesion.
4. The separated European type guardrail is made of ABS engineering plastic, which is beautiful in appearance, easy to operate, durable and easy to clean. It has a unique anti pinch hand design. The guardrail lifting adopts damper device to control the speed and noise. It can be hidden under the bed panel and flush with the bed frame.
5. The four wheels are equipped with 125mm luxury silent central control wheel and high stable linkage system. The brake is stable, flexible, convenient, waterproof and dustproof. The double wheel cake design increases the landing area and stability.
6. Equipped with ABS hidden rocker, it can be hidden in the bed body, avoid unnecessary injury, facilitate the operation of nursing personnel, and have two-way limit protection setting. The screw is made of 20mm/40cr, without deformation. The revolving body is zinc alloy die casting process. The copper mother processed by copper rod is used in the joint part of the screw. It is closely engaged with the screw, effectively preventing wear, noise and long life.
